How to structure a strong answer (STAR)
Behavioral questions are graded on four beats:
S · Situation
Set the scene in one or two sentences. Where? When? What was at stake?
T · Task
What were you specifically responsible for?
A · Action
What did you personally do? Be specific. Avoid "we".
R · Result
What changed? Use a number if you can — revenue, time, errors, adoption.
